EAST LANSING, Mich. - The Detroit News is reporting that Michigan State president Kevin Guskiewicz revealed, during a meeting with The News’ editorial board, that Michigan State is under NCAA investigation for potential recruiting violations which took place under former coach Mel Tucker.
