EAST LANSING, Mich. - No. 8-ranked Michigan State used another second half surge to handle No. 11 Wisconsin, 71-62, in a battle of two of the top three teams in the Big Ten standings, Sunday at Breslin Center.  The Spartans powered back from a 13-4 deficit, trailed 34-32 at the half, and then out-scored the Badgers 39-28 in the second half.  It was a familiar recipe and a familiar result, as Michigan State won its fifth straight and six of its last seven. Michigan State took a half game lead on Michigan atop the Big Ten standings at 15-3 in the conference and 24-5 overall. INSIDE: Further analysis on how the Spartans got it done, including the use of an outscouted look for two key plays late in the game.
