Could one of Penn State's WR departures be a Michigan transfer portal solution?

The Michigan Wolverines could close up shop until the NCAA transfer portal re-opens to everyone in the spring. However, the team still enters the offseason with a glaring question at wide receiver despite a pair of additions this offseason in Indiana's Donaven McCulley and UMass' Anthony Simpson. That's where Penn State's loss could be Michigan's to gain, at least with a pair of Tuesday entrants. Days after their College Football Playoff semifinal loss to Notre Dame, wide receivers Harrison Wallace III and Omari Evans are in the transfer portal. Given that a wide receiver did not catch a pass for PSU until the last play of the game, the duo seeking greener pastures might not ring as all that surprising.
