Following the future: How Michigan commits performed over the weekend

Michigan football commits were back on the field this weekend.

With the high school season underway, future Wolverines are doing their best to impress during their senior campaigns. Here is a quick look at how they performed.

RB Cole Cabana, Dexter (Mich.) High

The Skinny: Cabana rushed for 128 yards, recorded 47 yards receiving and scored 4 total touchdowns in a 45-0 win over Chelsea (Mich.) High.

RB Benjamin Hall, Kennesaw (Ga.) North Cobb

The Skinny: Hall saw limited action in North Cobb’s 22-19 win over Kennesaw (Ga.) Mountain.

WR Semaj Morgan, West Bloomfield (Mich.) High

The Skinny: Morgan was suspended for a game due to a taunting call against Southfield (Mich.) A&T earlier this month. He will return this week.

WR Fredrick Moore, St. Louis (Mo.) Cardinal Ritter Prep

The Skinny: Moore helped lead Cardinal Ritter to a 44-0 win over St. Louis (Mo.) University. No stats were made available from the contest.

TE Deakon Tonielli, Oswego (Ill.) High

The Skinny: Tonielli recorded 5 receptions for 47 yards in a 17-0 loss to Yorkville (Ill.) High.
