Michigan will face Rutgers Saturday in the Big Ten opener, and it appears the Wolverines will be closer to full strength than they’ve been in a while. They’ve yet to meet their full potential on offense — last week, J.J. McCarthy struggled, and the weeks before it was the running game — but the Scarlet Knights should have their full attention.
