Michigan was hit with notice that the NCAA would open another investigation Wednesday, this time for alleged on-campus scouting leading to signal stealing. U-M head coach Jim Harbaugh vehemently denied involvement, and he and athletic director Warde Manuel said they would cooperate in the investigation.
