Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh made it clear last week he was ready for a new contract. As we reported the week before, several sources informed TheWolverine.com U-M was prepared to offer Harbaugh a deal that would make him the Big Ten’s highest paid coach — and the talks started Friday.
