ITF EXTRA: New Michigan bowl game rumblings, Warde Manuel extension (?), more

Michigan football will be playing in a bowl game, but it's going to have a much different feel this year than the last three playoff seasons. Still, they want U-M fans in the seats — and some believe there's a way to make that happen.
