Jim Harbaugh delivers Michigan national championship, further cements legend status
HOUSTON, Texas — The Monday after Michigan's 30-24 win over Ohio State, head coach Jim Harbaugh took the podium for his weekly press conference and rattled off a list of individuals that he nominated as "legends" for what they did in 'The Game.' Harbaugh said he doesn't have the authority to confirm anyone as a 'legend,' but there's hardly anyone more qualified. Harbaugh himself already was one long before he became Michigan's head coach Dec. 30, 2014, having been an All-American, Heisman Trophy finalist and two-time Big Ten champion while playing quarterback for the Wolverines in the 1980s.
