Juwan Howard on Michigan defensive woes – ‘I take full blame’

Juwan Howard and Michigan hung with a solid Michigan State team for a half in East Lansing Tuesday night, leading by two at the break (and it probably should have been more). But those expecting the other shoe to drop in the second half, as it has in most Big Ten games this year, didn’t have to wait long in an 81-62 loss. The Wolverines collapsed almost immediately, falling behind quickly and never recovering.
