Michigan Wolverines basketball did the improbable and made it out of the NCAA Tournament's first weekend as a No. 11 seed, behind wins over No. 6 seed Colorado State and No. 3 seed Tennessee. The Maize and Blue will take on No. 2 seed Villanova Thursday night at 7:15 p.m. ET on TBS in San Antonio for a right to play in the Elite Eight. The winner of No. 1 seed Arizona and No. 5 seed Houston looms for whoever comes out of the Michigan-Villanova matchup.
