On3 released its updated On300 rankings for the 2025 recruiting class on Monday afternoon, which saw some interesting changes for Michigan commits.

New Orleans (La.) Archbishop Shaw wide receiver Jacob Washington was one of the country’s biggest rankings risers, moving up 166 spots from No. 249 to No. 83 nationally. Washington fills a need for Michigan this cycle as a big-bodied wide receiver. While he hasn’t stuffed the stat sheet as a senior, Washington has plenty of upside.

Michigan is working on keeping Washington in the fold as he recently made a visit to Missouri. Georgia Tech is also in contact with just a couple of weeks to go before signing day.

Newburgh (Ind.) Castle defensive lineman Benny Patterson also saw a massive bump in this rankings update, moving up 147 spots from No. 224 to No. 77. Patterson is one of Michigans newest commits as he recently flipped his commitment from Cincinnati to U-M. He projects best as a Kris Jenkins-type in Ann Arbor.

Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga defensive back Kainoa Winston also moved into the Top 100, jumping up 45 spots from No. 112 to No. 67. Winston committed to Michigan in June and is locked in. Palatine (Ill.) High EDGE Jaylen Williams was yet another rankings riser, moving up 67 spots from No. 275 to No. 208. Williams committed to Michigan in June but made a visit to Wisconsin over the weekend.

Overland Park (Kan.) Blue Valley Northwest offensive tackle Andrew Babalola dropped three spots from No. 11 to No. 14 but remained a five-star and Michigan’s top ranked commit. Chester (Va.) Thomas Dale cornerback Shamari Earls dropped nine spots from No. 23 to No. 32 but is still in the five-star range.

Center Valley (Pa.) Southern Lehigh tight end Andrew Olesh (No. 47 to No. 43), New Orleans (La.) Archbishop Shaw running back Jasper Parker (No. 171 to No. 163) and Kilgore (Texas) High cornerback Jayden Sanders (No. 205 to No. 199) all received minor bumps.

Winter Garden (Fla.) West Orange defensive back Ivan Taylor stayed put at No. 137. Taylor, however, may not be in the class for much longer as he is trending towards a flip to Alabama.

Alpharetta (Ga.) High EDGE Julius Holly suffered a big drop, falling from No. 253 to outside of the On300. Katy (Texas) Jordan wide receiver Andrew Marsh also tumbled, falling 26 spots from No. 169 to No. 195.

Overall, Michigan has 11 commits in the On300, with six in the Top 100.
