Wolverine TV: Breaking down top 2024 Michigan RB target Jordan Marshall

The Wolverine was in Cincinnati, Ohio, last week to see top 2024 Michigan running back target Jordan Marshall in his school’s playoff game.
Listed in the On300 Consensus Recruiting Rankings, Marshall recorded 15 carries for 161 yards and two touchdowns, leading Archbishop Moeller to a 31-20 win over Lakota West in the OHSAA Division I Regional Finals.
Here are clips from the contest:
Marshall has visited Ann Arbor twice this year with his most recent on-campus appearance occurring in late-October for the Michigan State game. A return for Marshall is expected to come in the spring.
“I love Michigan,” Marshall said. “Academically, they’re amazing. That’s a big part of what I’m looking for. Then, obviously, me and coach (Mike) Hart are really close. He’s my guy. We’re pretty much the same person, like, it’s crazy. So it’s just really special knowing the connection that we have. Plus, they run that ball.”
Communication between Marshall and Hart has remained consistent this fall with the latter expressing how much of a priority Marshall has become for the Wolverines.

“(Hart) tells me little secrets on the side to help me keep running,” Marshall said. “He’s a really good guy and he’s really close with my family too. That’s really instrumental to me because relationships are going to play a big part in my recruiting process. (Blake) Corum is a beast (laughs). That boy is thick and runs that ball a lot. The mix that Michigan has right now with the two-back system is great for them. It looks really good and they always run hard.”
Along with Michigan, Marshall holds notable offers from Ohio State, Tennessee, Cincinnati, Michigan State, Auburn, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and a slew of other Power 5 programs.
At 5-foot-11 and 195 pounds, Marshall ranks as the No. 4 overall 2024 recruit in the state of Ohio, according to the On3 Consensus, as well as the No. 8 overall running back in the country.
Michigan currently holds three commitments in its 2024 recruiting class in Avon (Ohio) High On300 offensive lineman Luke Hamilton, Nashville (Tenn.) Ensworth linebacker On300 Mason Curtis, and Wallingford (Conn.) Choate Rosemary Hall defensive tackle Manuel Beigel.
