Newsstand: Former Michigan DE, Detroit Lions star Aidan Hutchinson is 'fully cleared'

Tweets Of The Day
Former Michigan defensive end and current Detroit Lions star Aidan Hutchinson revealed Thursday that he is fully cleared for football activities this offseason.
Hutchinson broke his tibia and fibula in the fifth game of last season at the Dallas Cowboys. Through five games, he had 45 pressures, which ranked tied 37th among NFL edge rushers at season’s end.
After the injury, Hutchinson said publicly that he’d aim to return for the Super Bowl if Detroit made it that far. The Lions were bounced in the first round of the playoffs by the Washington Commanders, so “we’ll never know” if he would’ve been available or not.

Quote Of The Day
“I like the life after football part and how many defensive linemen they produce. I could see myself being one of those next top defensive linemen at Michigan. I see myself as a rush end. That’s one of the top programs to go to if you’re a defensive lineman. You can’t beat it.”
