Wolverine TV podcast: Michigan spring game preview, hoops offseason intel, more
TheWolverine.com’s Clayton Sayfie, Anthony Broome and Chris Balas preview Michigan Wolverines football’s spring game and discuss takeaways from the spring overall, before breaking down the beginning of the hoops offseason.
The hosts discuss what they’re most excited to see at Saturday’s spring game, which will be televised live from The Big House at noon ET on Big Ten Network. They each had a different thing they’ll be watching closely, but a lot of the points made involved watching emerging Michigan players on each side of the ball. Then, they talked about the biggest things they learned in the spring — and there was a common thread in that Michigan still has a chip on its shoulder even though it made the College Football Playoff last season. We finish with basketball talk, discussing upcoming NBA decisions, potential transfer portal targets and more. The Wolverines are currently at the 13 scholarship limit, but that’s likely to change as the offseason progresses.
