Michigan football reveals uniform combination for game at Ohio State
The defending Big Ten champion Michigan Wolverines football team will march into Columbus on a mission to beat Ohio State for a second straight season. U-M will wear white tops with white pants, the program revealed on social media Friday. That’s the combination Michigan has worn both times it has played at Ohio State under head coach Jim Harbaugh.

Michigan wore all-white uniforms in every road game except one (2017 at Penn State) during the Harbaugh era, until the Maize and Blue began mixing it up in 2021. Since then, they’ve worn white on white just twice on the road — last season at Nebraska and this year at Rutgers.
Michigan has been unpredictable with its choice on the road this season, going with white on blue at Iowa, white on maize at Indiana and white on white at Rutgers.
Michigan winning in Columbus would be quite the feat
Michigan and Ohio State have played in Columbus 50 times, and it’s all knotted up, 24-24-2 in the Horseshoe. One team will take the official advantage this weekend. Michigan leads the series overall (59-52-6) and in Ann Arbor (32-24-4).
If the Wolverines do pull off the upset as one-touchdown underdogs, it’ll be quite the accomplishment. Mostly due to Ohio State being a great team in recent history, the Horseshoe is an extremely tough place to play.
