Michigan football’s roster is just about set heading into spring football in a month or so. The NFL Draft deadline has passed and the transfer portal closes on Wednesday. It looks like the guys who are still around are locked in for at least the next few months as work begins for the 2023 season.

Running back Blake Corum, defensive back Mike Sainristil, wide receiver Cornelius Johnson, offensive guard Trevor Keegan, offensive guard Zak Zinter, defensive lineman Kris Jenkins and linebacker Michael Barrett are all back for another go-round. The Wolverines also added 7 players in the transfer portal – quarterback Jack Tuttle, tight end AJ Barner, offensive lineman LaDarius Henderson, Myles Hinton and Drake Nugent, EDGE Josiah Stewart and linebacker Ernest Hausmann.

Wide receiver Ronnie Bell, tight end Luke Schoonmaker, center Olu Oluwatimi, offensive tackle Ryan Hayes, defensive tackle Mazi Smith, EDGE Mike Morris, cornerbacks Gemon Green and DJ Turner, kicker Jake Moody and punter Brad Robbins are headed to the pros.

During this week’s Monday night live show on The Wolverine YouTube channel, Anthony Broome, Clayton Sayfie and Chris Balas discussed the roster with thoughts on the strengths, weaknesses and much more.
