He Said It: “We did a little camp where me and Micah (Ka’apana) got to do some stuff with Coach (Mike) Hart. We also watched some film so that was good for me and Micah to connect. We got to sit down, really talk football together, get to know each other and get to see each other workout. It was good for us to be with each other and see what the future holds.”

Top 100 TE Commit Brady Prieskorn, Rochester (Mich.) Adams

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 84 Overall, No. 7 Tight End, No. 2 in Michigan
He Said It: “When I first got there, Coach (Ben Herbert) made us do pull-ups and push-ups. I just got there without warming up and did it (laughs). He’s one of the best strength coaches in the country and I know he’ll get me better. The stuff that he’s done with the players has been special.”

On300 DB Commit Jacob Oden, Harper Woods (Mich.) High

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 202 Overall, No. 17 Safety, No. 4 in Michigan
He Said It: “That was crazy. Even after talking to (Charles Woodson), I couldn’t believe it. I was starstruck. He was asking me questions like, ‘What position do you play?’ He was kind of hyping me up when he was going, ‘Okay, okay.’ It was me, him, Coach Clink and Coach Jay. We were talking about situations that (Woodson) had when he was at Michigan. I kept listening.”

Rising 2025 DL Commit Bobby Kanka, Howell (Mich.) High

He Said It: “As I’ve said in the past, Coach (Mike) Elston is a really good coach and a good person. He’s smart and will always get the best out of his guys. In my time with him, I know I improved on Saturday. I can just tell that I can improve even more under his coaching.”

On300 OT Rowan Byrne, New Rochelle (N.Y.) Iona Prep

On3 Ranking: No. 150 Overall, No. 14 Offensive Tackle, No. 1 in New York

You can see all the All-Americans. When I saw that, I was like ‘this feels like home.’ It was a great day. Last time was more focused on learning about the program. This time, my dad was on campus, and he absolutely loved it. I also got to work with Coach Moore in a 1-on-1 setting. It was fantastic.”

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 259 Overall, No. 22 Safety, No. 7 in Virginia
He Said It: “Michigan is at the top of my list right now. I can say that for sure. They automatically take you in as family. They want to help you become a better player and person overall. The atmosphere is great. You just get a really good vibe when you’re there. That’s what I like about them.”

Four-Star QB Ryan Montgomery, Findlay (Ohio) High

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 206 Overall, No. 16 Quarterback, No. 9 in Ohio
He Said It:(Kirk Campbell) was completely honest with us and I really appreciated that. Sometimes, coaches haven’t been completely honest with me and there have been misunderstandings, you could say, with some schools. That’s caught my family off guard a little bit. But I was just happy that Coach Campbell was honest. You know, a lot can change in the next two years and I’m just going to say that. I’m going to keep working my tail off and keep being the best version I can be each and every day.”

Three-Star DB Elijah Dotson, University of Detroit (Mich.) Jesuit

On3 Industry Ranking: No. 414 Overall, No. 6 in Michigan

Rising 2025 WR Quinn Morris, Plainfield (Ill.) East

He Said It: “Hanging out with (brother Tyler Morris) was really fun. I woke up with him at 5 am to go with him to his 6 am workout. I got a look at college life. It shows how much effort you have to put in to play there. It’s not easy, He woke up early three days in a row for lifts. After lifts, he would go to the field. After that, we all went over his film.”

Rising 2025 OL IOL Michael Carroll, Glenside (Pa.) Central Bucks East

He Said It: “At first, I’m not sure how (my parents) felt about it (laughs). My dad played at Penn State, my mom played at Michigan State and I have a sister at Ohio State.
