Michigan landed its second tight end commit in the 2024 class on Tuesday from Rochester (Mich.) Adams four-star Brady Prieskorn.

Prieskorn chose Michigan over other notable offers from Penn State, Ole Miss, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, Tennessee and Miami. All eight were featured on Prieskorn’s Top 8 list that was released back in mid-March.

Prieskorn is ranked as the No. 66 overall prospect in the country, No. 5 tight end nationally and No. 2 junior in the state of Michigan, according to On3 Industry Rankings, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.

“It was sweet to have all of us together and to see what it’ll be like if all of us went there,” Prieskorn told The Wolverine following his March return visit to Ann Arbor. “It was fun because I haven’t really done that at any other place.”

The Wolverines have now landed two 2024 tight ends with Prieskorn pairing next to four-star Hogan Hansen. It’s the second straight class with tight ends coach Grant Newsome on staff in which Michigan has taken more than one tight end.

Prieskorn has an On3 NIL Valuation of $114K with combined followers on all social media platforms. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
