Michigan remains in Top 5 on updated On3 Industry National Team Recruiting Rankings

Michigan stayed put at No. 5 overall on the 2024 On3 Industry National Team Recruiting Rankings following the release of the updated 2024 On300 rankings Monday.

The update would add another four-star to U-M’s 2024 recruiting class as the total number sits at 15 with 10 more three-star pledges. 60 percent of the commits are considered blue-chip prospects by On3.

Three commits who On3 previously had unranked vaulted into the On300 which also increased Michigan’s total score on the industry rankings, which currently has three other pledges listed.

Michigan 2024 Recruiting Class

The Wolverines are now third overall for the most verbal commitments (25) across all of college football. Their total score of 90.921 is higher than Clemson, USC, South Carolina, Ole Miss, Texas Tech, Kentucky, Arkansas, Wisconsin and North Carolina.

Michigan’s 2024 recruiting class has 25 prospects locked in – Along with Edmond and Marshall, the group features On300 Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day quarterback Jadyn Davis, On300 Rochester (Mich.) Adams tight end Brady Prieskorn, On300 Austin (Tex.) Vandegrift offensive tackle Blake Frazier, On300 Kansas City (Mo.) Rockhurst offensive tackle Andrew Sprague, four-star Harper Woods (Mich.) High defensive back Jacob Oden, four-star Nashville (Tenn.) Ensworth linebacker Mason Curtis, four-star Belleville (Mich.) High linebacker Jeremiah Beasley, On300 Pittsburgh (Pa.) Central Catholic athlete Cole Sullivan, On300 Charlotte (N.C.) West linebacker Jaden Smith, On300 Brandywine (Md.) Gwynn Park EDGE Devon Baxter, four-star Deerfield Beach (Fla.) Multiple 2024 top targets remain on Michigan’s board, including Top 100 Springfield (Ohio) High cornerback Aaron Scott, Top 100 Burley (Idaho) Senior wide receiver Gatlin Bair, Top 100 Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna safety Zaquan Patterson, On300 Cheshire (Conn.) Academy EDGE Jacob Smith, On300 Austintown (Ohio) Fitch EDGE Brian Robinson, On300 Fort Bend (Tex.) Christian Academy offensive tackle Bennett Warren and three-star Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day wide receiver Jordan Shipp.

2024 Big Ten Recruiting Rankings

The Wolverines currently sit No. 2 in the Big Ten Conference and trail Ohio State. Every program in the conference has at least 12 commits in the 2024 class and 11 programs are ranked within the Top 50.
