Pregame updates: Michigan vs. Indiana

• 12:02 a.m. — Jim Harbaugh on pregame radio: “Any time we have a chance to play when there’s any rain, we love to be outside. We had a day like that this week and we had some other ones stocked up. If it’s not lightning we’re outside so we’re prepared. It’s like liquid sunshine.”

• Noon — Jim Harbaugh on pregame radio show: “Every week is a puzzle and you gotta put it together, but our defense in practice, it’s really hard to move against them. It’s gonna take really good execution for anybody.”

• 11:42 a.m. — Tommy Doman shanks the final punt of warmups, and Jake Thaw doesn’t have a chance to return it. Michigan has headed up the tunnel to the locker room for the final time before the game.

• 11:39 a.m. – Pretty light crowd for less than 30 minutes until kickoff, as expected due to the weather, with a lot of fans in ponchos.

• 11:37 a.m. — Team warmups are beginning, with Michigan the Wolverines running through plays. The same starting offensive line group from the last two weeks is in there with the 1s again, as expected.

• 11:27 a.m. — A lot of recruits on the west (Michigan) sideline watching warmups. The Wolverines self-imposed a two-game ban of having visitors for the first two outings of the season, so this is only their third recruiting weekend of the campaign.

• 11:20 a.m. — The full team, including both lines, has taken the field for individual warmups.

• 11:05 a.m. — Offensive skill position players are warming up for Michigan. Sophomore quarterback Alex Orji is among them, after he didn’t travel the last two weeks (likely due to being down on the depth chart). Sophomore running back Benjamin Hall will likely have a bigger role this afternoon since Michigan is without senior Kalel Mullings, who’s been in the regular rotation.

• 10 a.m. — Michigan has released its Big Ten-mandated availability report prior to the game. The following players will miss the game: senior running back Kalel Mullings, sophomore safety Zeke Berry, sophomore running back CJ Stokes and sophomore tight end Marlin Klein. Indiana will be without cornerback Jamier Johnson, running back Josh Handerson and offensive lineman Max Longman.
