Michigan vs. the Big Ten, NCAA — what will happen next, and on recent ‘reports’

Michigan has been served with a notice of allegations by the Big Ten, and Commissioner Tony Petitti apparently feels he has no choice but to act. He hasn’t backed down despite today’s report that several schools allegedly colluded against U-M to steal their signs and share them, which the AP reported was possibly a violation of the Big Ten sportsmanship bylaw.
