Michigan Wolverines football made its first West Coast road trip to take on one of the new Big Ten members, losing 27-17 at Washington. TheWolverine.com's Clayton Sayfie, Chris Balas and Anthony Broome were on hand to bring on-site coverage. Two days earlier, Sayfie and Broome were in Chicago to cover head coach Dusty May and Michigan at Big Ten Basketball Media Day.
