Michigan pulls away for win over Lipscomb

Michigan led by 13 points at one point, but things got dicey in the middle and late portions of the second half. The Wolverines trailed by four points with just over four minutes to go, but finished on a 14-2 run to close things out. The final score indicated that it was relatively comfortable, but that didn’t come without some drama.

Michigan was led by sophomore guard Kobe Bufkin‘s career-high 22 points. He shot 8-of-9 from the field, including 4-of-5 from long range, with 4 rebounds and 1 assist. Freshman guard Jett Howard (19 points) and junior center Hunter Dickinson (15) also scored in double figures.
