Newsstand: Tennessee transfer Olivier Nkamhoua visiting Michigan, will take trip to Baylor
Tweets Of The Day
Former Tennessee forward Olivier Nkamhoua withdrew his name from the 2023 NBA Draft this week and is looking at his options in college. He took trips to West Virginia and Kansas State earlier this week, and is currently on a visit to Michigan. He’ll head to Baylor after that. A decision could come soon.
Nkamhoua averaged 10.8 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists per game last season, shooting 51.3 percent overall and 33.9 percent from three-point range. He put up 27 points in just 22 minutes in an NCAA Tournament win over Duke, the team’s final victory of the season.
2025 Belleville (Mich.) High five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood stood out at the Sound Mind Sound Body National College Showcase at Wayne State this week. He was seen hanging out and being instructed by Michigan quarterbacks coach Kirk Campbell, as well.
Throwing it back to Michigan graduate nickel back Mike Sainristil’s pass breakup in the end zone on Ohio State tight end Cade Stover — a game-sealing type of play. It changed the course of the game. The Buckeyes settled for a field goal following Sainristil’s stellar third down play and wound up losing 45-23.

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh wants to see his offense become more balanced this fall. Beyond that, he predicts it will be. The Wolverines ran on 61 percent of their plays last season, but he wants that number to be much closer to 50 this season.
“I see this offense being a 50-50 run pass. We’ll see. We’ll see how the games go. You see how the season goes. But I bet when it’s all said and done at the end of the season it’ll be pretty darn close to 50-50, the number of times we throw it [compared to run].”
Michigan men’s lacrosse finished the season ranked No. 8 in the country, after winning the Big Ten Tournament for the first time ever and making the NCAA Tournament, also a first.
Quote Of The Day
“They’ve been blowing up my phone a lot. It’s cool to see all of these fanbases interacting and it’s also cool to see that they want me at their school. There’s always going to be more love from the people back home than anywhere else because that’s where your fanbase is. (Michigan fans) are one of the biggest who are showing the most love.”
