Michigan head football coach Jim Harbaugh joined Fox News’ Special Report with Bret Baier Thursday, after speaking to high school graduates at a SkillsUSA event in Bay City, Mich. The Michigan head coach is passionate about students furthering their education after high school and discussed how important skilled workers are.

Harbaugh also briefly discussed his 2023 Michigan team, which he said can be outstanding this year.

“It’s a good team,” Harbaugh said. “Our fate will be in our hands. We’ve got the license and the ability to be an outstanding, excellent football team — and that’s what we’re working hard on right now.”

Michigan football’s spring team trip included stops in New York City, Washington D.C. and Gettysburg. The week concluded with two stops in Ohio, at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton.

“Following breakfast and a short drive over to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, team members made their way through a 90-minute tour viewing some of the most entertaining performers and bands in music history,” the Michigan football team’s daily blog wrote. “Lunch was available following tours, and the team then boarded buses for an hour-long drive to Canton to visit the Pro Football Hall of Fame. There, players toured the facility and learned of some of the game’s pioneers, with visits to the former Michigan Wolverine players to grace the hallowed halls: Dan Dierdorf, Benny Friedman, Bill Hewitt, Steve Hutchinson, Ty Law, Tom Mack, and Charles Woodson. After an early dinner at the Hall, the team made its way back to Ann Arbor around 7 p.m.”

Here are some sights from the day.

Michigan has reached out to former Ole Miss defensive tackle Tywone Malone, who played under current U-M linebackers coach Chris Partridge in Oxford.
