Two Michigan Wolverines made the top 10 in CBS Sports’ latest 2025 NFL mock draft — cornerback Will Johnson at No. 3 to the Cleveland Browns and defensive tackle Mason Graham at No. 7 to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Junior tight end Colston Loveland also showed up at No. 15 to the Los Angeles Chargers. Junior defensive tackle Kenneth Grant slotted No. 29 to the Houston Texans.

From On3’s Nick Schultz on Johnson landing No. 3:

The anchor of the Michigan secondary, Will Johnson is emerging as one of the top cornerbacks in the country. He has two interceptions for 128 yards this year as part of an impressive follow-up to last year’s 27-tackle, four-pick season to help the Wolverines to a national title.

Johnson’s stock could be interesting going forward, though. He suffered an injury, although coach Sherrone Moore deemed him “questionable” for this week after going down in the second half against Illinois last week.

Throwing it back to Michigan’s 28-24 win over Michigan State in 2007.

Michigan will host four-star Cincinnati defensive line commit Benny Patterson for an official visit this weekend.

Michigan basketball workout clips, as the Wolverines prepare to begin the 2024-25 season. They have an exhibition tonight against Toledo, before the Nov. 4 season opener against Cleveland State.

Quote Of The Day

“You’ve got to do a great job with your rush lanes, and that’s something we’re going to stress and talk about. You’ve got to do that with that guy, because once he gets outside the pocket, he can be dynamic. He can do some things to hurt you.”
