2025 Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy three-star Michigan offensive lineman commit Kaden Strayhorn made his pledge to the Maize and Blue earlier this week and has been vocal about wanting to add other top talent to the class.

“You claim you’re a dawg… then why you not coming to play for Coach Moore?” Strayhorn tweeted.

Michigan did not appear in the top 10 of EA Sports College Football’s top 10 places to play for the upcoming video game.

Michigan checked in No. 16 according to EA Sports. On3’s Andy Staples produced his own list of the toughest places to play and ranked The Big House No. 17.

The Big House holds 110,000, but it’s dug deep and spread wide, and that didn’t allow it to create the kind of noise you’d expect from that crowd. The addition of more luxury boxes opposite the press box helped trap sound more, but the build-up of ferocious offensive and defensive lines in the past four years made it truly terrifying.

Michigan graduate center Vladislav Goldin, a Florida Atlantic transfer, joined the ‘Defend The Block’ podcast this week to explain why he chose to play for the Wolverines and reunite with head man Dusty May.

“First of all, it’s a great program,” Goldin said of why he chose Michigan while speaking on the ‘Defend The Block’ podcast with host Brian Boesch. “It always was attractive because it’s in Michigan. It’s probably one of the greatest athletics history through all of the NCAA teams. And the second reason is Coach May and the coaching staff. I prefer a relationship over anything else, so it was a pretty big deal for me.

“It’s hard to say how impactful he was for my career, but he gave me family. I haven’t seen my family for five years, but he probably is one of the people who gave me family who let me feel like I’m home. It’s unbelievable. It means a lot to me.”

Quote Of The Day

“Everybody’s so good. It’s insane. We’ve had a couple first practices, and everybody fights, everybody plays so hard. It’s amazing, because you cannot teach to play hard, you cannot teach somebody how to be competitive right away. You have it or it’s developed for a long time. It was the first practice, and everybody was ready to play and go first speed. It’s amazing how everybody’s ready.”
