Topics on this Michigan podcast

• How the 2022 season will be remembered: Michigan’s campaign ended on a sour note with a 51-45 loss to TCU in the CFP semifinal New Year’s eve, but the Wolverines accomplished great things. They notched 13 victories for the first time in program history, including winning the Big Te title for a second straight season. Any squad that knocks off arch rival Ohio State will be remembered fondly, too.

• Jim Harbaugh NFL rumors: Reports have surfaced that the Michigan head football coach is a top candidate for multiple NFL teams, particularly the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers. The Athletic has also reported that Harbaugh would leave if offered a position. Harbaugh released a statement Thursday that he expects to be at Michigan next season. We discuss what we know and share our thoughts.

• Andrel Anthony transfer and wide receiver outlook: Michigan’s sophomore wide receiver has entered the transfer portal. With Ronnie Bell expected to leave for the NFL and Cornelius Johnson having an upcoming NFL decision to make, there could be a lack of returning production in the room.

Michigan basketball: The Wolverines suffered a disappointing, 63-61 loss to CMU Dec. 29 but have bounced back with two Big Ten wins (Maryland, Penn State) and are atop the league standings at 3-0, tied with Wisconsin. How they got here, where they’re going and a preview of Michigan vs. MSU.
