The hosts opened up the show by discussing the week that is to come, with Thanksgiving, a trip to Columbus and the massive showdown between Michigan Ohio State.
“You celebrate with the family and then, boom, on Friday you head down to Columbus, which is one of the worst cities in the country, and do some work,” Balas said. “It’s more exciting when you have a shot. Even the last time, I didn’t think they were gonna win down there either, and they pulled it out.

“I tell you what, at the same time, there is that sliver of hope, right? Because Michigan played its best game against Northwestern, and now you’re starting to say, alright, is there a puncher’s chance here? And if they run the ball, they get some great defense — which they’ve played extremely well in the last six quarters — then maybe.
“But yeah, to me [the week] is not going slow, but I am excited. I’m excited to get down there and see what they got, see if they got something in the tank that I didn’t think they had.”
“It’s not going slow for me,” Broome said. “It’s actually going super fast, because I’m about 12 hours away from flying out of Fort Myers, and it’s been beautiful down here. I’m not excited to get back to the cold. But I don’t fold in the cold like the Ohio State Buckeyes. I was built for this.”
The podcast hosts continued the discussion by breaking down the keys to a Michigan victory, giving their predictions and more. The Wolverines are nearly three-touchdown underdogs at Ohio State, the largest point spread in the rivalry in recent history.
