Here are some key quotes from the postgame press conference:
• Stewart on the difference in atmosphere from the first quarter to the fourth: “Yeah, I mean, Coach Moore was saying it all … last time they were in the ‘Shoe, it got real quiet. You could hear a pin drop in here. First quarter, the fans were rowdy and loud, as we expected it to be. We just stayed poised in the moment, and we used their noise as fuel. We were telling the crowd to cheer it on as our offense was on the field, things like that. Just feeding off the energy, and when it gets quiet, you know you got ‘em. You just gotta finish.”
• Stewart on getting pepper sprayed after Ohio State players rushed Michigan’s players after the game: “Yeah. I’m pretty sure a lot of people did. I have no clue. Just trying to pick up the flag (not exactly sure what he said there), and next thing I know my eyes started getting … I don’t know what happened.
“Honestly, it all happened so fast. We were planting the flag, and the next thing you know, everyone was getting rushed. A long brawl, a lot of people. They had their whole team there, so there were a lot of them, and next thing you know, we’re all getting pepper sprayed.

“You gotta keep your emotions in check on both sides.”
• Mullings on Michigan singing The Victors in Columbus: “Amazing. Yeah, shoot, I was dreaming about this — this exact moment, these exact things going on — all week. So it’s amazing.”
• Zvada on making two key kicks, including the game winner, and not getting fazed by the atmosphere in Michigan’s win: “I’ve played here before on a different team, and obviously it’s nowhere near the level of stakes that ‘The Game’ is. But I already kinda knew the layout, where the student section was, how the wind worked. And so I felt really calm. I had no real … I just felt really good, especially on that last kick. I knew I was gonna put it through, as cocky as that sounds. You gotta be confident, and I’ve been kicking pretty good all season. The operation has been really good, the line is really good, so I had no worries going into that kick. It was really, really smooth — no real stress at all.”
