• Final: Michigan 30, Fresno State 10
• 4Q, 3:57 — Will Johnson jumped a screen pass route and returned it 86 yards for a touchdown. The Bulldogs had driven into the red zone, but Johnson put the Wolverines up 20 points instead.
• 4Q, 5:28 — Michigan picked off the next pass (Makari Paige), but a questionable roughing the passer was called on TJ Guy, so Fresno State kept the ball. There was also a 15-yard penalty on Jaishawn Barham after the play.
• 4Q, 5:38 — On the first play of the Fresno State possession, Mikey Keene threw it over the middle. The call on the field was that Michigan safety Quinten Johnson intercepted it, but the play was overturned. Fresno State retains possession.
• 4Q, 5:43 — Davis Warren throws his first career touchdown pass, an 18-yard strike to Colston Loveland. Michigan is up 23-10. Kalel Mullings had 42 yards rushing on that drive, which lasted 7 plays and 75 yards.
• 4Q, 10:06 — Mikey Keene finds Raylen Sharpe for a 17-yard touchdown. Fresno State has cut the Michigan lead to 16-10.
• 4Q, 12:42 — Michigan leads 16-3 after Dominic Zvada’s 55-yard field goal. The Wolverines’ drive fizzled out, lasting only nine plays and 26 yards.

• 3Q, 9:21 — Dominic Zvada nails a 53-yard field goal to put Michigan up 13-3. The Wolverines drove 38 yards in 10 plays, but a holding call on left guard Josh Priebe set them back. Kalel Mullings ran up the middle on third down to get inside Zvada’s range.
• Half: Michigan 10, Fresno State 3
• 2Q, 0:31 — Michigan eats up 6:56 of game clock with an 11-play, 47-yard drive that ends in a 45-yard made field goal by Dominic Zvada. The Wolverines lead 10-3.
• 2Q, 7:35 — Dylan Lynch nails a 41-yard field goal to cap off an eight-play drive for the Bulldogs. Michigan leads, 7-3, with the Bulldogs now on the board.
• 2Q, 10:58 — Fresno State’s Ezra Christensen notches a third-down sack on Michigan quarterback Davis Warren. The Bulldogs take over on their own 39-yard line after being called for holding on the punt return. Michigan has just 42 total yards to Fresno State’s 50.
• 2Q, 12:42 — The Michigan defense answers with a three and out of its own. Ja’Den McBurrows broke up the third-down pass. There was a Fresno State holding call that was declined. The punt fell into the end zone for a touchback, and the Maize and Blue will start on their own 20-yard line.

• 2Q, 14:09 — Michigan goes three and out for the first time this season. Kalel Mullings ran up the middle for no gain on 3rd and 1. Fresno State begins on its own 39-yard line.

• 1Q, 3:23 — Davis Warren’s pass is intercepted by Cam Lockridge. He threw into triple coverage over the middle of the field with the ball intended for Fredrick Moore. Fresno State starts on its own 35-yard line.
• 1Q, 3:40 — The Michigan defense gets off the field again. Jyaire Hill blew up the wide receiver who caught the ball short of the line to gain on third down. Tyler Morris’ 22-yard punt return puts the Maize and Blue at the Fresno State 43-yard line.
• 1Q, 5:07 — Fresno State takes over on its own 20-yard line after a Michigan punt. The Wolverines’ drive ended after just five plays and the team failing to convert on 3rd and 10. The third-down play was a screen pass for a gain of 3 yards to wideout Tyler Morris.
• 1Q, 8:19 — EDGE Josaiah Stewart notches the third-down sack to force a Fresno State punt. Michigan takes over on the 25-yard line after Semaj Morgan ran back a short return.
• 1Q, 11:03 — Michigan takes advantage of the short field and goes up 7-0. The Wolverines drove down to the 3-yard line, before Alex Orji replaced starter Davis Warren at quarterback. Orji found running back Donovan Edwards for a 3-yard score on a rollout to the right.
