Pregame observations: Michigan vs. Rutgers
• 11:32 a.m. — Jake Thaw took the final punt return of warmups before the team ran up the tunnel and into the locker room. He and Tyler Morris shared the duties last week, but it appears he’ll be the first man up this week again.
• 11:25 a.m. — Michigan rolled out the same five on the starting offensive line in warmups — including Karsen Barnhart at left tackle and Myles Hinton at right tackle. LaDarius Henderson was inserted into last week’s game at left tackle in the third quarter, and Barnhart moved to the right side, but it appears that won’t be the plan to begin today’s contest.
• 11:23 a.m. — Defensive backs Will Johnson and Rod Moore are working with the starters during team warmups.
• 11:15 a.m. — Full team warmups have begun, with each position group working individually.
• 10:09 a.m. — The Michigan team has arrived at The Big House, led by head coach Jim Harbaugh for the first time this season.
