Myles Hinton selected by Philadelphia Eagles in 6th round of 2025 NFL Draft

Michigan Wolverines football offensive lineman Myles Hinton was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles with the No. 191st overall pick in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Hinton is the 13th Michigan offensive lineman drafted over the last six years. There were three last season: Zak Zinter (third round to the Cleveland Browns), Trevor Keegan (fifth round to the Philadelphia Eagles) and LaDarius Henderson (seventh round to the Houston Texans).
Hinton is the younger brother of former Michigan defensive lineman Christopher Hinton, a current player for the Los Angeles Chargers, and the son of Chris Hinton, an offensive tackle for Northwestern, first-round pick in the 1983 draft and longtime NFL player in the 1980s and ’90s.
Hinton spent two seasons at Michigan (2023-24), after playing three years at Stanford (2020-22). He appeared in 23 games with 15 starts for the Wolverines and 23 outings with 16 starts with the Cardinal.
The 6-foot-7, 323-pounder put up 19 reps on the bench press and ran a 4.94-second 20-yard shuttle at Michigan’s pro day. His shuttle was improved from his time at the combine (4.96 seconds) but still would’ve ranked last among offensive linemen in Indianapolis.
At the combine, Hinton measured in at 6-foot-7 and 323 pounds.
Hinton appeared in 10 games, starting all of them at left tackle, for Michigan in 2024, missing two with injury and deciding not to play in the last game of the year as he prepared for the draft. His 69.0 overall PFF rating was ranked 18th in the Big Ten among tackles with 500-plus blocking snaps.
