Michigan quote of the day
But what Michigan has done — minus keeping Dickinson — is improve the outlook for next season. The Wolverines were one of the youngest teams in college basketball a year ago, ranking 310th in Division-I experience. Now, they’ll be pretty darn experienced, with the addition of three upperclassmen transfers — Caleb Love (North Carolina), Tray Jackson (Seton Hall) and Nimari Burnett (Alabama) who have played a combined 229 games and logged 5,146 minutes. Michigan’s younger players are a year older, and graduate guard Jaelin Llewellyn should be healthy at least by the new year.
