Newsstand: Vegas lines available for 7 Michigan games this fall
The Michigan Wolverines are 13 days out from starting the 2024 football season, the first under head coach Sherrone Moore. FanDuel Sportsbook has game lines for seven of Michigan’s contests this season, starting with the season opener against Fresno State.
According to FanDuel, the Wolverines are 21.5-point favorites with the over/under set at 47.5 points. Kickoff for that game is set for 7:30 p.m. ET with a national broadcast on NBC from the Big House.
The showdown with Texas headlines the non-conference slate, taking place at noon eastern in Ann Arbor on Sept. 7. The Longhorns are currently set at 3.5-point favorites for the game, set for a FOX Big Noon Saturday kickoff.
Lines are also available for the three contests on the schedule against new Big Ten opponents in USC, Washington and Oregon. Michigan is favored over both the Trojans (-8.5) and Huskies (-9.5) in contests set for Sept. 21 at U-M and Oct. 5 in Seattle, respectively. Oregon comes to Ann Arbor as a 3.5-point favorite on Nov. 2.
In its rivalry games, Michigan is a 21.5-point favorite over Michigan State on Oct. 26 at home and a 9.5-point underdog at Ohio State to end the regular season.

Michigan quote of the day
“The camaraderie and closeness of the group is impressive. That’s something really important for offensive line play, because you have to play five as one … Everybody is dedicated to the craft, putting in extra work whatever’s necessary. It’s just a phenomenal culture to be a part of.
“… On the field, we trust in each other. That’s what it’s about. You have to build that chemistry to be a great O-line. You need chemistry to be a great O-line.”
