On3 RPM: Five recruits Michigan leads for after mid-week visits

Michigan hosted a handful of key targets for mid-week visits over the last few days. Here is a look at five recruits the Wolverines lead for, per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.
WR Dakota Guerrant, Harper Woods (Mich.) High (No. 21, 2027)
The in-state class is absolutely loaded next cycle. Guerrant may be the best of the bunch and checked in as the No. 3 wide receiver and now 21 overall recruit nationally. Guerrant visited Michigan last month and was back on campus this week. Guerrant is related to Michigan freshman defensive back Jacob Oden and plays for his father, ex-Wolverine fullback Rod Oden, at Harper Woods. Michigan has the heavy lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with an 80.6 percent chance of landing him. Ohio State may be U-M’s biggest threat.
WR Tre Britton, Belleville (Mich.) High (NR, 2027)
Michigan struck gold at Belleville last cycle, landing five-star quarterback Bryce Underwood. Now, the Wolverines are in a prime position to land Britton, who notched an offer from the Wolverines this winter. If Michigan pushes next cycle, it would be surprising if he didn’t end up in the class. Michigan made another strong impression on his visit this week and has the lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 72.7 percent chance of landing him. Britton also holds offers from Illinois, Utah, Vanderbilt, Wisconsin and a few others.
TE Anthony Cartwright, Detroit (Mich.) Country Day (No. 70, 2027)
Cartwright has visited Michigan more than any other school and was back on campus this week. The Top 100 in-state prospect already has a strong bond with the coaching staff and loves the way the Wolverines utilize the tight end position. Cartwright is very familiar with the aforementioned Underwood through the Sound Mind Sound Body organization. Underwood will be a key selling point in his recruitment. Michigan has the lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with an 85.7 percent chance of landing him. Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Ohio State are some other contenders.

OL Jameer Henry Detroit (Mich.) King (No. 198, 2027)
Michigan offered Henry more than a year ago. The talented in-state On300 prospect is now blossoming into one of the country’s top offensive tackle prospects. Michigan is off to a strong start here and got him back on campus this week. The Wolverines now have the heavy lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with an 86.7 percent chance of landing him. Michigan has a lot to sell to offensive linemen and will look to keep Henry home next cycle. Kentucky, Ole Miss, Tennessee, USC and others are also involved.
ATH Darryl Flemister, Detroit (Mich.) King (NR, 2027)
At 6-foot, 160 pounds, Flemister is a dynamic two-way player and one of the more intriguing in-state prospects for next cycle. While Flemister is a capable wide receiver, he projects best as a defensive back at the next level. And that’s exactly where the Wolverines are recruiting him. Michigan has hosted Flemister on several occasions and once again impressed him this week. The Wolverines now have a 78.0 percent chance of landing him, per the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. Flemister also holds offers from Auburn, Oregon, Penn State, Tennessee and others.
