On3 RPM: Michigan leads for these recruits after first visit weekend...
Michigan hosted a small group of offered targets for its season opener against Fresno State. The Wolverines now lead for these four visitors following their weekend trips to Ann Arbor.
WR Dakota Guerrant, Harper Woods (Mich.) High (2027)
On3 RPM leader: Michigan, 46.9 percent
The Skinny: Guerrant made his eighth visit to Michigan over the weekend, and it’s clear the Wolverines have the inside track for one of the state’s most dynamic underclassmen. Guerrant is ranked as the No. 2 wide receiver and No. 23 overall prospect in the country for the 2027 recruiting class and will be a must-land down the line. Guerrant is a former teammate of Michigan defensive back Jacob Oden and plays for Oden’s father Rod, a former U-M fullback, at Harper Woods. Michigan State is in second place on the RPM with a 15.7 percent chance of landing him.
LB Cam Thomas, West Chester (Ohio) Lakota West (2026)
On3 RPM leader: Michigan, 51.2 percent
The Skinny: New Michigan linebackers coach Brian Jean-Mary has been underwhelming on the recruiting trail so far. However, Jean-Mary has the Wolverines in the mix for several 2026 targets, including Thomas. The four-star prospect made his fourth visit over the weekend and is very willing to leave enemy territory and suit up for the Maize and Blue. Ohio State has yet to offer Thomas but is closely monitoring him. If the Buckeyes enter the picture, things could change here, but for now, Michigan is in a really strong spot. Cincinnati is in second place on the RPM with a 12.0 percent chance of landing him.

CB Dominic Turnbull, Miami (Fla.) True North (2026)
On3 RPM leader: Michigan, 49.3 percent
The Skinny: Turnbull picked up a Michigan offer from the previous defensive staff and made his first visit last spring. New U-M secondary coach LaMar Morgan got in contact with Turnbull this summer and was able to secure a return visit from the three-star prospect. While Turnbull isn’t highly touted from a rankings perspective, he does boast an impressive offer sheet. With Brody Jennings already in the 2026 class, Michigan can afford to be selective at corner, so it will be interesting to see where exactly Turnbull ends up on the priority list. Florida is in second place on the RPM with a 22.6 percent chance of landing him.
ATH Deandre Bidden, Harper Woods (Mich.) High (2028)
On RPM leader: Michigan, 77.0 percent
The Skinny: It is extremely early in the recruitment of Bidden, but the Wolverines have already hosted Bidden for four visits. Bidden is one of only a handful of 2028 recruits that holds an early offer from U-M. He is already establishing great relationships with the staff, and as mentioned, there are strong connections at Harper Woods. Michigan State is in second place on the RPM with an 18.1 percent chance of landing him.
