Michigan hosted several recruits for its thrilling win over USC this weekend.

Here is a closer look at targets the Wolverines now lead for, according to the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine.

TE Lincoln Keyes, Saline (Mich.) High (2026)

Michigan has built up a healthy lead for Keyes on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 49.1 percent chance of landing him. The Wolverines hosted Keyes earlier in the month and brought him back in this weekend, which is a big reason the RPM is favoring U-M. Michigan has a pretty loaded tight end board next cycle, so it will be interesting to see where Keyes sits at the end of the calendar year. But if the Wolverines push, it wouldn’t be surprising to see the three-star in-stater end up in Michigan’s 2026 class.

OL Malakai Lee, Honolulu (Hawaii) Kamehameha (2026)

Michigan hasn’t landed a recruit from Hawaii since the 2020 class when it reeled in wide receiver Roman Wilson, who was taken in the third round of this year’s NFL Draft. However, the island drought could be broken with Lee, who made his second trip to Ann Arbor over the weekend. Michigan now has the lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 54.9 percent chance of landing him. Georgia is in second place with a 25.2 percent chance of landing him. This recruitment will be a battle, but U-M is in a great spot early with the On300 prospect.

EDGE Luke Wafle, Princeton (N.J.) Hun School (2026)

Penn State actually had the lead for Wafle on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine going into the weekend. However, that has changed as the Wolverines are now out in front with a 38.1 percent chance of landing him. This obviously makes a lot of sense as Wafle has been to Michigan on numerous occasions and is the younger brother of U-M freshman defensive lineman Owen Wafle. The four-star prospect wants to make his own decision, but Michigan definitely has the inside track early on.

LB Kedric Golston, Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga (2026)

Michigan has passed up Maryland and now has the lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 48.6 percent chance of landing Golston. The three-star prospect made his first-ever trip to Ann Arbor this weekend and enjoyed his time on campus. New U-M linebackers coach Brian Jean-Mary recently offered Golston and is making him a priority for next cycle. Golston also happens to be a teammate of 2025 Michigan defensive back commit Kainoa Winston, which should help.

LB Tyson Harley, Washington (D.C.) Gonzaga (2026)

Golston isn’t the only 2026 linebacker from Gonzaga now trending towards Michigan. The Wolverines also passed up Maryland and have the lead for Harley with a 64.7 percent chance of landing him. A three-star recruit, Harley notched a Michigan offer while on campus over the weekend and had a chance to connect with the aforementioned Jean-Mary. Like Golston, Harley is a high school teammate of Winston, who will actively be recruiting both.
