Shorthanded Michigan showed heart in loss at Northwestern, but the end is near

Michigan head coach Juwan Howard was pleased with his team’s effort in a 76-62 loss at Northwestern, and he should have been. The guys who were able to go (and it wasn’t many) left it all on the floor, including some who probably shouldn’t have been out there in the first place.
