Michigan welcomed most of its 2026 commits and a group of top priority recruiting targets to campus for Victors Weekend. The Wolverines have already secured another new pledge from what was, by all accounts, a very successful stretch of visits.

Coaches, parents, athletes and agents all shared positive reviews of their weekend in Ann Arbor and posted some of the highlights to social media. The highlight of that, so far, has been Michigan landing Titan Davis’ commitment.

Quite a few staff members celebrated the On300 defensive lineman’s pledge on Twitter, including defensive coordinator Wink Martindale

Martindale and plenty of other staffers have publicly voiced their support for defensive line coach Lou Esposito, who has been on a recruiting tear in recent weeks, landing Davis four-star defensive lineman Alister Vallejo and On300 edge rusher McHale Blade, who also spent Victors Weekend in Ann Arbor.

Davis is commit No. 13 in a class that ranks No. 23 nationally and No. 8 in the Big Ten. The commits were fired up about this news and have been adamant that more good news is on the way.

That’s only the beginning of the highlights from Victors Weekend. Let’s dive into some of the sights and sounds from these critical visits.

Positive vibes on the defensive line

Blade hinted to The Wolverine that more commitments are on the way for Michigan after his visit, and he spent a ton of time with his fellow defensive line recruits. Five-star edge rusher Carter Meadows and On300 edge rusher Julian Walker seemed to enjoy their trips to campus.

Brandon Graham in Ann Arbor

Michigan and NFL legend Brandon Graham returned home to Ann Arbor this weekend and took pictures with a couple of recruits.

Five-star wide receiver Calvin Russell

Calvin Russell will announce his decision July 5 with Michigan as one of his top contenders. He spent his last official visit in Ann Arbor, and the nation’s No. 32 recruit took photos in U-M football and basketball jerseys. The electric wide receiver prospect is also a high major hoops recruit.

Here’s Russell with Top 100 quarterback commit Brady Smigiel and freshman phenom Bryce Underwood.

Elite offensive linemen made it to campus

Michigan hosted an elite group of offensive lineman, highlighted by Kelvin Obot (No. 9 recruit nationally) and Malakai Lee (No. 85).

Top priority interior offensive lineman Zaden Krempin also visited and really connected with offensive line commit Bear McWhorter during the trip.

Hotel spreads

Schools cannot decorate hotel rooms, but that doesn’t mean they can’t leave goodie bags for official visitors. And yes, that means the ‘M’ cookie cakes remained a fixture for official visits.
