Michigan appears headed toward acquiring an injunction to allow head coach Jim Harbaugh to continue to coach, still preparing for Big Ten Commissioner Tony Petitti to suspend him. While that could change, they don’t anticipate it and are prepared to fight. That could affect U-M in the short run and the long run, of course. Here are three developments on Harbaugh’s contract and status, two thoughts on the Big Ten and Michigan, and one prediction.
