The NFL Draft declaration deadline has passed and transfer portal closed, meaning Michigan Wolverines football has the bulk of its roster set for 2024. It's time to take a look at our way-too-early depth chart for the Michigan defense and special teams, with at least two-deep at every position and notes on each spot. Keep in mind that this is a projection on where things stand as the Wolverines start up the winter training cycle soon and not a prediction on what it will look like Aug. 31 against Fresno State, given that a lot of movement and changes can be made between now and then.
