Wednesday thoughts: Michigan NIL momentum is finally real

Michigan secured deals today with Altius Sports Management and Learfield, a big step in the right direction for Michigan’s NIL efforts. This has been in the works for a while, and though the Wolverines aren’t the pioneer here many hoped they’d be — deals with Williams Morris Endeavor, for example, fell through when they seemed “imminent” forever — it’s better late than never.
