Michigan is looking at just a handful of recruits during the late window as the 2023 recruiting class comes to a close. Now, the Wolverines are starting to turn the page to the 2024 recruiting class.

With the dead period now over, Jim Harbaugh and the Michigan staff are hitting the recruiting trail and seeing several top overall priorities for next cycle. The Wolverines need to land an elite-level class after finishing just inside the Top 20 in December.

The Wolverine’s EJ Holland takes a closer look at the five most important defensive targets in 2024 and breaks down their recruitments.
