Wolverine TV: Breaking down five key Michigan recruits we saw on the road
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland saw several Michigan recruiting targets on the road last week, including four-star Auburn cornerback commit Donovan Starr.

Starr Recruitment
Michigan extended an offer to Starr during the spring evaluation period in May. However, Starr committed to Auburn just a few weeks later.
New Michigan secondary coach LaMar Morgan has continued to keep in contact with Starr and is working to get him on campus this fall.
Here is what Holland had to say about Starr’s recruitment.
“He has blazing track times,” Holland said. “He runs in the 10.5s. I believe his time was faster than former commit Phillip Wright, who was considered one of the fastest receivers in America. Starr is one of the fastest corners in the country. When you look at Auburn, you think NIL, right? But I do think he has some connections here. He is a Ravenwood kid out of the Nashville-area. That high school should be familiar to Michigan fans because it produced former linebacker Junior Colson and current defensive back Myles Pollard. Ravenwood has always been kind to Michigan.”
