Wolverine TV: Breaking down new Michigan TE commit Brady Prieskorn
Michigan landed a commitment from Top 100 Rochester (Mich.) Adams tight end Brady Prieskorn on Tuesday afternoon.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder picked Michigan over offers from Alabama, Georgia, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Penn State, Tennessee, Texas A&M and others.
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland shares his thoughts on Prieskorn and what his commitment means for Michigan in the video below.
Prieskorn’s decision came a month following an unofficial visit to Michigan. Both head coach Jim Harbaugh and tight ends coach Grant Newsome pushed and earned his pledge. Prieskorn made his decision public on his personal social media.
Prieskorn is ranked as the No. 5 tight end and No. 66 overall recruit nationally, per the On3 Industry Rankings. He is also ranked as the No. 2 overall prospect in the state of Michigan.
Prieskorn has an On3 NIL Valuation of $114K with 3.7K followers across all platforms. The On3 NIL Valuation is an index that looks to set the standard market value for both high school and college-level athletes. The NIL valuation does not act as a tracker of the value of NIL deals an athlete has completed to date. It rather signifies an athlete’s value at a certain moment in time.
Michigan now has 13 commits in its 2024 recruiting class — Top 100 Rochester (Mich.) Adams tight end Brady Prieskorn, Top 100 Charlotte (N.C.)
