The Wolverine’s EJ Holland and Zach Libby discussed several Michigan recruiting topics on the Tuesday edition of The Wolverine Live recruiting show, including a preview of U-M’s third June official visit weekend.

Watch and listen to Holland and Libby share the latest on Michigan recruiting below.

Michigan is set to host double-digit official visitors this weekend, including Top 100 Springfield (Ohio) High cornerback Aaron Scott.

Right now, Ohio State has a 95.9 percent lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine. However, Michigan has been building up steam over the last several month, and, according to Holland, could take the lead during his stay in Ann Arbor.

“I think Michigan is going to be in the pole position coming out of the OV,” Holland said. “Can they keep the lead? I don’t know. Ohio State gets the last OV, and that sucks. If Ohio State didn’t get the last OV, I would be really optimistic here. But that’s what’s keeping my confidence down. I think it’s a toss up. I think it’s 50/50. I think it really comes down to that last OV. I’m not concerned about Michigan. Michigan is going to knock it out of the park. I’m more concerned about that last OV to Ohio State.”

Michigan has 19 commits in its 2024 recruiting class — Top 100 Charlotte (N.C.) Providence Day quarterback Jadyn Davis, Top 100 Rochester (Mich.)
