Wolverine TV: Game clips of Michigan center commit Jake Guarnera
Michigan offensive line commit and three-star Ponte Vedra (Fla.) High prospect Jake Guarnera opened his senior season on Friday night against Jacksonville (Fla.) Mandarin.
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland was onsite and captured exclusive clips from the contest. Watch highlights of Guarnera in the video above.
Guarnera recruitment
Michigan made it a priority to land a true center prospect this cycle and did just that when it received a verbal pledge from Guarnera in late April.
Guarnera committed to U-M over offers from Florida, Miami, Michigan State, North Carolina, Ole Miss and a handful of other major programs.
At 6-foot-4, 283 pounds, Guarnera is ranked as the No. 32 interior offensive lineman and No. 423 overall prospect nationally, per the On3 Industry Ranking. He is also ranked as the No. 56 overall recruit in the state of Florida this cycle.
