Wolverine TV: Inside the prediction for Top 100 Michigan QB target Brady Hart
The Wolverine’s EJ Holland logged an On3 Prediction in favor of Michigan for Top 100 2026 Cocoa (Fla.) High quarterback Brady Hart on Monday night.
Watch Holland break down the pick in the video above.
Hart Recruitment
Michigan extended an offer to Hart earlier this offseason after his impressive performance at the Elite 11 regional in Orlando.
Hart quickly ascended up the quarterback board and became the priority for the Wolverines in the 2026 recruiting class.
Hart made his first visit to Michigan over the weekend and enjoyed his time on campus as he bonded with new head coach Sherrone Moore and lead recruiter Kirk Campbell. Now, the Wolverines have the commanding lead on the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine with a 74.9 percent chance of landing him.
Holland was the first to put in a prediction and had this to say about the recruitment.
“I feel really good about where the Wolverines stand post-visit,” Holland said. “I had a chance to talk to Hart after the visit, and he had nothing but great things to say. He called the visit spectacular. Something that really stood out about my conversation with Hart is that he said Michigan has an unbelievable culture and saw himself as a fit. That’s completely true. I went down to Florida and spent some time with him and his family, and I could just tell that Michigan was a true culture fit for him. He actually reminds me a lot of 2025 quarterback commit Carter Smith. Carter Smith is actually playing a role in recruiting Brady Hart. Again, very similar personality types.”

“If Michigan is able to seal the deal and this prediction comes true, you have two of the best quarterbacks in the country in back-to-back cycles in the great football playing state of Florida — arguably the best football playing state.”
An athletic pocket passer, Hart threw for 3,759 yards and 41 touchdowns en route to leading Cocoa to a Florida state championship as a sophomore.
Along with Michigan, Hart holds offers from Clemson, Florida, Florida State, LSU, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Penn State, Texas A&M and others.
At 6-foot-5, 185 pounds, Hart is ranked as the No. 9 quarterback and No. 92 overall prospect nationally, per the On3 Industry Ranking. He is also ranked as the No. 15 overall recruit in the state of Florida for next cycle.
Michigan has no commits in its 2026 recruiting class.
